Unauthenticated SQL execution via raw LIKE predicates

SQL injection in SPIP Referer Spam before 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through public action endpoints. The referer_spam_ajouter and referer_spam_supprimer handlers interpolate the GET url parameter directly into SQL LIKE predicates without quoting or parameterization. No authorization or securiser_action() check protects either handler, so an unauthenticated request can read or modify the site's database.
