Authenticated command execution via unsanitized traceroute destination

OS command injection in OneUptime before 10.0.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on Probe servers. NetworkPathMonitor.performTraceroute() interpolates the monitor destination into a traceroute command string and passes it to child_process.exec(), allowing shell metacharacters to alter the command. The user must be able to create or edit a network path monitor, and the published advisory states that the class had no callers and was not yet wired into the execution pipeline.
