Improper access control in OpenProject before 17.0.5 and 17.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to create wiki pages in unauthorized projects. The wiki-page creation request accepts a target project without enforcing the caller's wiki-creation permission; no endpoint or function is published. A low-privileged account and network access are sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized stored-content creation, not data disclosure or service interruption.
