Cross-client data disclosure via unchecked order IDs

Authorization bypass in FOSSBilling 0.7.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read other clients’ data via order IDs. The Servicecustom Client API __call method passes an attacker-controlled order_id to getServiceCustomByOrderId, which fetches a ClientOrder by ID without filtering on client_id. Any authenticated client who guesses a sequential order ID can read another client’s PII and custom-service configuration, but cannot alter that data through this flaw.
