Uncontrolled resource consumption in SAP Supply Chain Management allows remote authenticated users to cause a prolonged service outage. A remote-enabled function module accepts an excessively large loop-control parameter and executes a prolonged loop that consumes system resources. Regular user privileges and network access are required; successful exploitation affects availability without reading or altering data.
