Missing authorization in SAP S/4HANA Backend OData Service S4CORE 109 allows remote authenticated users to update or delete child entities. Exposed OData update and delete operations accept child-entity requests without enforcing the authorization required for those actions. A valid low-privileged session and network access are required; exploitation alters or removes application data without disclosing data or interrupting service.
