Sandbox escape via unguarded ACP session initialization

Sandbox escape in OpenClaw before 2026.3.7 allows remote authenticated users to initialize host-side ACP sessions via /acp spawn. The command handler in src/auto-reply/reply/commands-acp/lifecycle.ts calls initializeSession without applying the sandbox runtime-policy guard used by the direct spawn path. Exploitation requires an authorized sender in a sandboxed session, ACP enabled, and an available backend; successful requests initialize ACP outside the sandbox on the host runtime.
