Process crash via overflowing PSD preview size

Uncaught exception in Exiv2 before 0.28.8 allows attackers to crash the utility by requesting a preview of a crafted PSD file. PsdImage::readResourceBlock fails to reject a native-preview size above LONG_MAX before casting that size to a long seek offset, so the overflow drives preview extraction into an oversized std::vector allocation. The path is reached only when preview output such as -pp is requested, and exploitation terminates the invoked Exiv2 process.
