Unauthenticated chart data disclosure via unguarded filter endpoint

Missing authentication in Chartbrew before 4.8.4 allows remote attackers to read chart data through the chart filter endpoint. The POST /project/:project_id/chart/:chart_id/filter route in server/api/ChartRoute.js invokes updateChartData without verifyToken or checkPermissions, then returns the full chart response. No account or JWT is required, and sequential chart identifiers expose filtered chart data across projects and teams without enabling reported writes.
