Internal service enumeration via unrestricted notifier URLs

Blind SSRF in HomeBox before 0.24.0-rc.1 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate internal services through notifier URLs. The notifier accepts a user-supplied host, IP address, and port without validation, then issues an HTTP POST from the server. Any authenticated account can use destination-dependent UI behavior as a side channel to distinguish reachable internal hosts and ports.
