Account takeover via attacker-controlled password reset URL

Password reset link injection in Statamic CMS before 5.73.10 and 6.0.0-alpha.1 through 6.7.0 allows remote attackers to take over accounts. ForgotPasswordController accepts a request-controlled _reset_url and passes it to PasswordReset::resetFormUrl without restricting its host, placing the reset token in a link to an attacker-controlled server. Exploitation requires a valid account email and the account holder to click the unsolicited reset link, after which the captured token permits a password reset.
