Improper case handling in Caddy before 2.11.1 allows remote attackers to bypass host-based routing with a mixed-case Host header. MatchHost.MatchWithError uses a binary-search fast path for lists over 100 entries, comparing the request host case-sensitively and skipping the EqualFold fallback. Exploitation requires a host matcher with more than 100 entries guarding a route; changing only hostname case skips attached access controls.
