Missing authentication in the BLE interface of OmniPEMF NeoRhythm 20260308 allows physically proximate attackers to alter stimulation parameters. Open GATT control characteristics accept unauthenticated, unencrypted writes that change intensity, frequency, duration, and program mode. The device must be awake with Bluetooth enabled and within BLE range; successful writes can covertly change an active session and expose the wearer to unintended pulses.
