Adjacent root code execution via unauthenticated DDS

Missing DDS authentication in Unitree Go2 firmware 1.1.7 through 1.1.9 and 1.1.11 EDU allows attackers to execute Python as root. actuator_manager.py accepts api_id 1002 messages from any DDS domain 0 participant, writes their unvalidated Python under /unitree/etc/programming/, and creates a persistent controller binding. Code execution requires a user to press the selected physical controller keybinding; the uploaded file and binding survive reboots.
