Administrator-context script execution via unencoded registration fields

Stored cross-site scripting in SA2BLV SVXportal 2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in an administrator's browser. The registration handler admin/user_action.php stores Firstname, lastname, and email values escaped only for SQL, while admin/users.php renders them without HTML output encoding. No authentication is required to submit a registration; execution occurs when an administrator views the stored user record, enabling actions in that browser context.
