Reflected XSS via unescaped search attribute
Published Feb 20, 2026 · Updated Feb 20, 2026
Reflected XSS in log.php in SA2BLV SVXportal 2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted search parameter. The page writes the search value directly into an HTML input value attribute without context-appropriate output encoding, so quotes can terminate the attribute and introduce script-capable markup. Exploitation requires a victim to visit the crafted URL and can expose session data or perform browser actions in that victim's security context.
