Unauthenticated SSRF via unguarded cron webhook fetch

SSRF in OpenClaw before 2026.2.19 allows remote attackers to send cron webhook requests to private, metadata, and internal endpoints. The gateway's cron delivery path in src/gateway/server-cron.ts passes the configured webhook URL directly to fetch() instead of fetchWithSsrFGuard, omitting private-address and metadata policy checks. A reachable cron-webhook execution path and attacker-influenced target are required; exploitation makes the gateway issue attacker-selected POST requests without directly disclosing response bodies.
