Authenticated command execution via traversing upload filename

Path traversal in MindsDB before 25.9.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through a crafted file upload. The /api/files multipart parser preserves an untrusted filename and writes the upload before clear_filename or save_file can validate its path or type. A low-privileged account can overwrite an existing executable Python file and invoke handler installation to run the replacement with server privileges.
