Unauthenticated username enumeration via password-reset errors
Published Aug 21, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026
User enumeration in Combodo iTop before 3.2.3 allows remote attackers to identify valid usernames through password-reset responses. The password-reset handler returns account-dependent errors to the requester instead of logging them and serving a uniform response. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure depends on the default-enabled forgot-password feature and account state, including local-account and email-linkage conditions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
