Contributor-level stored XSS via unsanitized page input
Published May 7, 2026 · Updated May 7, 2026
Stored XSS in WP Royal's Royal Elementor Addons before 1.7.1053 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into pages. Published sources identify insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, but do not disclose the affected field, widget, or function. Contributor access is required, and execution occurs when another user visits the injected page, allowing attacker-controlled JavaScript to run in that visitor's browser.
