CVE-2026-27300

Sensitive-memory disclosure via uninitialized pointer access

Published Apr 14, 2026 · Updated Apr 14, 2026

Access of uninitialized pointer in Adobe FrameMaker 2022.8 and earlier allows attackers to disclose memory via a crafted XLSX file. Adobe identifies XLSX parsing as the trigger but has not published the affected parser routine or how the uninitialized pointer produces an observable memory read. Exploitation is local and unauthenticated but requires a user to open the malicious file; the reported impact is limited to sensitive-memory disclosure.
