User-context code execution via use-after-free
Published Mar 10, 2026 · Updated Mar 10, 2026
Use-after-free in Adobe Substance 3D Stager 3.1.7 and earlier allows attackers to execute code when a user opens a malicious file. Adobe has not disclosed the affected parser, object lifetime error, or file format that leaves freed memory accessible. Exploitation requires the current user to open attacker-supplied content, and successful code runs only with that user's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
