Unauthenticated file disclosure via ignored .htaccess controls

Information disclosure in GetSimpleCMS-CE GetSimple CMS Community Edition 3.3.22 and earlier allows remote attackers to download sensitive files. The application places data and backups beneath the web root and delegates access control to per-directory .htaccess files, which Apache ignores when AllowOverride is disabled. Exposure requires that Apache configuration; unauthenticated requests can then retrieve user XML, backups, cryptographic salts, API keys, and authentication secrets.
