Internal HTTP resource reads via IPv6-only hostname resolution

SSRF in Craft CMS 4.5.0-RC1 through 4.16.18 and 5.0.0-RC1 through 5.8.22 allows attackers to read internal HTTP resources. The GraphQL Asset mutation validates a hostname with IPv4-only gethostbyname(), so an IPv6-only AAAA name remains a string, evades the IP blocklist, and is later resolved by the HTTP client. Reachability requires asset create and edit permissions in a GraphQL schema; authenticated schema users qualify, while remote attackers qualify only when a public schema is misconfigured for writes.
