Database reads and writes via unescaped date variables

SQL injection in Chartbrew before 4.8.3 allows remote attackers to read or alter connected MySQL or PostgreSQL databases. The applyMysqlOrPostgresVariables date branch in server/modules/applyVariables.js wraps runtime and default values in quotes without escaping embedded single quotes. Unauthenticated filter and query endpoints pass request variables into that branch; exploitation requires a chart with a date binding, and database privileges bound the readable, writable, or deletable data.
