Stored XSS via inline delete-button name interpolation
Published Feb 20, 2026 · Updated Feb 20, 2026
Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 26.2.0 allows remote authenticated users with admin privileges to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The device-group index Blade template embeds the stored name parameter directly inside the delete button's inline onclick argument, where quote characters break into executable script. An administrator must create a crafted group and another user must click its Delete button; the demonstrated payload reads and sends that user's cookies.
