Authenticated configuration disclosure via unsafe path assembly

Path traversal in LORIS 24.0.0 through 26.0.4 and 27.0.0 through 27.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to read server files. The electrophysiology_browser Events and File_Reader handlers split an attacker-controlled path and concatenate its directory portion with the configured download root before passing only its basename to FilesDownloadHandler. Access requires an authenticated account with module permission; exposed configuration files can contain credentials usable against databases or other services when reused.
