Unauthenticated code execution via playlist path overwrite

Path traversal in Music Assistant Server 2.6.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the playlist API. The music/playlists/update command in _update_library_item accepts a user-controlled playlist path without enforcing the .m3u suffix, enabling writes outside the playlist directory. When the local filesystem provider is enabled, remote attackers on the adjacent network can place a .pth file in Python site-packages, where a subsequent Python process loads its commands as root.
