Client heap corruption via missing planar RLE bounds

Out-of-bounds write in FreeRDP before 3.23.0 allows remote attackers to corrupt client heap memory via crafted planar RLE data. planar_decompress_plane_rle writes at attacker-controlled destination offsets without ensuring that the rectangle fits the temporary buffer's height and stride. A user must connect the client to a malicious RDP server; the resulting overwrite can corrupt an adjacent decode function pointer, while reliable code execution depends on heap layout and platform mitigations.
