Unauthenticated AJAX endpoint access via hardcoded nonce bypass
Published Sep 2, 2026 · Updated Sep 2, 2026
Incorrect authorization in Code Monkeys LLC HIPAA FORMS before 3.2.0 allows remote attackers to access protected AJAX endpoints. An AJAX nonce-validation branch accepts a hardcoded request parameter and skips nonce verification when that value is present. Knowledge of the embedded value is the only reported gate, exposing endpoint operations and data otherwise restricted by valid nonce checks.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
