Administrator takeover via unrestricted PIN brute force
Published Feb 20, 2026 · Updated Feb 20, 2026
Weak authentication in Key Systems Inc Global Facilities Management Software 20230721a allows remote attackers to seize administrator accounts. The PIN login distinguishes valid user IDs and accepts repeated numeric PIN guesses without rate limiting, account lockout, or multifactor authentication. Network access to the login page is sufficient; a discovered administrator PIN grants access to administrative data and functions.
