Authenticated SQL injection via manage_user.php id parameter

SQL injection in SourceCodester Pharmacy Point of Sale System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter SQLite data. The manage_user.php endpoint accepts a UNION SELECT expression in the id parameter and returns sqlite_version(), demonstrating ineffective SQL neutralization. The published request carries an authenticated PHP session obtained with administrator credentials, so access beyond that role is not demonstrated.
