Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload
Published Mar 2, 2026 · Updated Mar 2, 2026
Arbitrary code execution in SourceCodester Personnel Property Equipment System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run PHP via file upload. The administrator picture-change flow submits the image field to admin_pic.php, which accepts a .php file into the web-accessible admin/uploads directory and permits the server to execute it. A Super Admin session is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-supplied PHP with the web server's privileges.
