Unauthenticated user information disclosure via userinfo endpoint

Improper access control in Visual Integrated Command and Dispatch Platform 20260206 allows remote attackers to read user information. The /dispatch/api?cmd=userinfo endpoint returns user information to a direct GET request without requiring a session cookie or authorization header. Any network client that can reach the web service can query the endpoint, with demonstrated impact limited to disclosure of the returned user data.
