Local interpreter crash via empty target-stack pop

Out-of-bounds read in the Squirrel 3.0 through 3.2 compiler allows local users to crash the interpreter with crafted source code. SQFuncState::PopTarget in src/squirrel/squirrel/sqfuncstate.cpp reads the last _target_stack element after compiler expression tracking has emptied the stack, producing an index-minus-one heap underflow. The user must be able to run the interpreter on a crafted script; the demonstrated result is an eight-byte read followed by process termination, with no supported integrity or confidentiality impact.
