Code injection in Offline Hospital Management System 5.3.0 allows remote attackers to execute operating system commands through renderer JavaScript. Its Electron renderer enables Node.js integration and disables context isolation, so renderer JavaScript can invoke Node.js APIs with host privileges. No credentials or user interaction are required; commands run with the privileges of the account operating the desktop client.
