Remote crash via uninitialized SEND destination pointer

Denial of service in Stomper 5e2741e allows remote attackers to crash the message broker via a SEND frame without a destination header. StompSend::execute() calls Dest->name() after an omitted destination bypasses set_header(), leaving the Dest member uninitialized. Network access to the STOMP listener and a completed CONNECT handshake are sufficient to interrupt the broker process without user interaction.
