Unauthenticated broker crash via duplicate subscription cleanup

Use-after-free in Stomper 5e2741e allows remote attackers to crash the broker by repeating SUBSCRIBE frames for one destination. StompClient::subscribe() stores the same Binding pointer multiple times, and the destructor deletes it on the first pass before dereferencing duplicate entries. An unauthenticated network connection is sufficient; closing it reaches the faulty cleanup path and terminates the broker process.
