Service hang via unconsumed partial STOMP frames

Denial of service in stomper 5e2741e allows remote attackers to stop message processing by holding partial STOMP frames open. The broker uses edge-triggered epoll and recv() with MSG_PEEK, leaving incomplete frame bytes unconsumed so affected sockets remain permanently half-read. Unauthenticated network access to the STOMP listener and enough concurrent held connections are required; the resulting epoll_wait hang interrupts the broker service.
