Authenticated administrator escalation via unchecked group assignment

Improper privilege management in JUNG eNet SMART HOME Server 2.2.1 and 2.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrator access. The setUserGroup method at /jsonrpc/management accepts a caller-controlled userName and UG_ADMIN group without enforcing the caller's UG_USER authorization. Any low-privileged account can promote itself and then modify device configurations, network settings, and other server-managed smart-home functions.
