Authenticated administrator takeover via unchecked password reset

Missing authorization in JUNG eNet SMART HOME Server 2.2.1 and 2.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to take over administrator accounts. The resetUserPassword JSON-RPC method at /jsonrpc/management accepts an arbitrary target account and overwrites its password without checking caller privileges or the current password. Any UG_USER account with network access to the endpoint can reset UG_ADMIN or UG_SUPER_ADMIN credentials and obtain persistent full administrative access.
