Authenticated arbitrary-file deletion via attacker-controlled paths
Published Feb 19, 2026 · Updated Feb 19, 2026
External file-path control in Dell Unisphere for PowerMax 10.2 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary files. Dell has not published the affected endpoint or file-handling routine, only that attacker-controlled path or filename selection reaches a file-deletion operation. Low-privileged credentials and network access are required; successful exploitation can remove any file accessible to the service and disrupt management operations.
