Unauthenticated live-stream disclosure via unchecked RTSP requests
Published Feb 24, 2026 · Updated Feb 24, 2026
Missing authentication in Tattile camera firmware 1.181.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to access live RTSP video and audio streams. The RTSP service accepts stream requests without validating credentials, exposing live surveillance feeds to any network client that can reach the service. No account or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is disclosure of surveillance data rather than stream modification or service interruption.
