Credential theft via unauthenticated discovery metadata

Insufficient discovery-data authentication in OpenClaw before 2026.2.14 allows attackers to steal Gateway credentials via a rogue LAN service. The macOS and iOS clients built connection URLs from unauthenticated TXT host and port hints, while iOS and Android let TXT fingerprints replace stored TLS pins. The attacker must share the discovery network; affected clients then connect to an attacker-controlled endpoint or trust its certificate, exposing authentication tokens or passwords.
