Node-key disclosure via invalid-curve ECIES oracle

Information disclosure in go-ethereum before 1.16.9 allows remote attackers to extract bits of the P2P node key through an RLPx handshake. During unauthenticated RLPx ECIES decryption, PrivateKey.GenerateShared accepts an off-curve ephemeral public key and reaches ECDH before MAC verification, exposing a decrypt-success oracle. Network access to the P2P listener is sufficient; repeated crafted handshakes disclose node-key material without modifying node state or interrupting service.
