Unauthenticated command execution via unescaped TTS phrase

OS command injection in jishi Sonos HTTP API's macOS TTS provider allows remote attackers to execute commands as the server process. The macSay function inserts the HTTP-supplied phrase into a double-quoted shell command and passes the resulting string to child_process.exec without escaping shell syntax. The macOS TTS provider must be enabled and its HTTP API reachable; successful exploitation runs with the Node.js process account.
