Authorization bypass via inherent-method name collision

Authorization bypass in soroban-sdk before 22.0.10, 23.0.0 through 23.5.1, or 25.0.0 through 25.1.0 allows remote attackers to alter contract state. The derive_pub_fn generator emits a type-qualified call for a trait implementation, causing Rust to select a same-named inherent function instead of the intended trait function. Exploitation requires both functions to share a name; public calls bypass authorization checks when those checks exist only in the trait function.
