Unauthenticated reboot via exposed system-control endpoint
Published Feb 12, 2026 · Updated Feb 12, 2026
Missing authentication in JUNG Smart Visu Server 1.1.1050 allows remote attackers to reboot or shut down the appliance via HTTP. The REST handler at /rest/items/liteserver_LiteServer_1_systemControl accepts an unauthenticated POST body containing the MSG_ID_TYPE control value and invokes the selected system-control action. Network access to the appliance is the only reported gate; one request interrupts KNX and connected smart-building control until the server restarts or is powered on.
