Unauthenticated media access via unthrottled OTP guessing

Authentication bypass in VideoLAN VLC for Android before 3.7.0 allows remote attackers to access shared media through the Remote Access Server. The server accepts repeated guesses against a four-digit OTP without effective throttling or lockout during its validity window, then issues a user_session cookie for a correct guess. The Remote Access Server must be enabled and network-reachable; access is limited to media files explicitly shared by the VLC for Android user.
