Stored script execution via unneutralized article titles
Published Feb 17, 2026 · Updated Feb 17, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Blossom 1.17.0 through 1.17.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script via an article title. The /article/add method in ArticleController copies the request into an ArticleEntity and stores it without neutralizing title markup. An authenticated account and subsequent rendering by a browser are required, exposing the viewing user's Blossom session to script-controlled actions.
